Service Provider Network

Service Provider Network assists vx Maintain customers in finding Service Providers that operate in their area, and can perform the services they need. We allow searching by location serviced as well as service provided.

Service Provider Network is a completely free service offered to all vx Maintain users and Service Providers.

By being part of the Service Provider Network, you agree to display yourself alongside other Service Providers that might meet the search criteria. If they so choose, the client can view your contact details and associate you to their account for easy access should they need your services in the future.

How can you opt in?

1. Click the Service Providers tab in vx Maintain or use the Service Provider Network sign up form available from the Login page.
2. Make a Site selection
3. Click the Networking subtab
4. Set Enable Provider Networking to Yes
5. Choose a Location Limiter
6. In order to utilize the Radius option, your Site must have its Lat / Long value set
7. Click Global Categories
8. Click ‘New’
9. Select the appropriate Categories / Sub-Categories to indicate the services that your organization provides.
10. Click Save

Use the Find a Service Provider tool

1. Click the Service Providers tab which will bring you to a list of Provider Sites.
2. Select the Provider of your choice and click the Networking tab.
3. Click Yes under Enable Provider Networking.
4. Select your Location Limiter. You may limit location by City, Country, Radius, Or State. Note: your address must have Lat/Long established in order to utilize radius locating.
5. Next, click the Global Categories sub-tab.
6. Click New and select the appropriate categories.

You have now established criteria for which you will find Providers.

Find a Service Provider

1. Click the Find a Service Provider sub-tab under the Service Providers tab.
2. Select the service in which you need.
3. Select the site that needs service. You may also provide the zip code of the site to select from a list.
4. Click Search.
5. Click the Service Provider of your choice. Along with the service and location, the number of clients they serve is also displayed.
6. You will then be provided with the Provider's contact information as well as the services they provide.
7. You may now create a Service Provider Association that links the Provider to the client.

Beginning September 2021, a new tool was added for Support to approve new Service Providers and prevent duplicates as part of our application.
